APPOINTMENTS: Regular appointment hours are Monday – Friday between 8am and 5 pm. Please call (336) 998-7131 to make appointments.

Emergency services are available 24 hours by calling our emergency line at (336) 998-7130.

BEFORE ARRIVAL: If you have a current coggins, vaccination records or any pertinent medical information for your horse that you would like to be kept on file, please bring those with you. We will be glad to make a copy for future reference if needed.

If any previous x-rays or other diagnostics have been done by another veterinarian that you feel would be a helpful reference, please let us know this when making an appointment. Arrangements can be made to have them sent here for the veterinarian to review before your appointment date.

UPON ARRIVAL: Please stop in front of the sign in the center of the driveway and come into the front office to check in. It is important that you check in with us before parking or unloading. Also, please note that we do not allow traffic to go beside or behind the building without permission. This is for safety reasons and we appreciate your compliance .

HOSPITALIZATION: If your animal is admitted to the hospital, a written estimate will be provided. This estimate will note the amount of deposit you will be required to pay at the time the patient is dropped off. All fees and charges associated with hospitalized patients will be due and payable at the time of discharge. This policy applies to all accounts. Total charges for the hospitalized patients can be obtained on the day of discharge.

PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of service.

We accept cash, in-state personal checks and all major credit cards. This includes MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and CareCredit.
