Dr Megan Bolger


Associate VeterinarianDr Bolger, originally from Michigan, developed a love for horseback riding at a young age. Alongside riding, she excelled in tennis and played the oboe. She earned her bachelor's degree in neuroscience from Michigan State University, where she rode for the IHSA hunt seat team and worked with horses at the MSU Large Animal Hospital. Her interest in equine medicine grew during this time. Dr. Bolger also gained experience in swine production and small animal dermatology before attending Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she graduated in 2023. She was actively involved in the student chapter of the American Association of Equine Practitioners and received several awards during her clinical year. Following vet school, Dr. Bolger completed a rotating equine internship at Piedmont Equine Practice in Virginia, focusing on equine sports medicine, lameness, regenerative therapies, and ophthalmology. In her free time, she enjoys riding, tennis, traveling, and spending time with her cat and loved ones.
